Robert McHale has extensive corporate law and litigation experience representing individuals,
start-ups, small and mid-sized businesses, and national and multinational enterprises.

By leveraging his business instinct, technical insight, and legal experience, Robert helps companies develop legal strategies that best promote their business objectives, while mitigating and controlling risk. His areas of focus include international commercial transactions, general corporate law, business litigation, intellectual property, information technology, software and technology licensing, online marketing and new media, and Internet and e-commerce technology.
